I just saw some guy kick a pigeon. It wasn't in his way or anything. They guy took about three steps out of the way to kick it. He was about sixty or so and wearing a shirt an tie.

I've never been outspoken in the area of pigeons' rights but that just struck me as plain unnecessary.
